Craig Robert Lewis, 66, of Osceola died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola.
Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., in Osceola with the Rev. Butch Black officiating. Interment followed in Van Wert Cemetery. Visitation with family present was from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to be determined later. Craig Robert Lewis, son of Robert Lewis and Belva (Stubbs) Lewis, was born March 7, 1952, in Osceola. Craig grew up around Van Wert and Weldon, and graduated from Morman Trail High School. He farmed on the family farm, worked construction and drove a truck for many years.
On March 30, 1985, Craig married Judy Ann Moler at LeRoy. They purchased the Westside Bar in Osceola in 1997, and operated it for many years. Craig retired in 2005.
Craig is survived by his wife Judy Lewis of Osceola; sisters, Jackie (Delbert) Lewis-Williams of Osceola and Carol Ann Young of Leon; brothers, Steve (Linda) Lewis of Osceola, Terry (Jan) Lewis of Osceola and Brady Lewis of Garden Grove; nephews, Richie Lewis, Ronnie (Nicole) Lewis, Randy (Angel) Lewis, Shaun (Nicole) Lewis, Aron (Autumn) Lewis, Bobby (Charrissa) Lewis and Shane (Carla) Alexander; nieces, Callie Myers and Sasha (Rick Boswell) Myers; stepson Travis Boyce of Garden Grove; step-grandchildren, Alex and Trevor Boyce, both of Osceola; as well as other relatives and many friends.
Craig was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Belva Lewis; niece Melissa Lewis and nephew Matt Lewis.
