Having moved to Osceola 37 years ago, some of the first people we met were Tom and Sharon Patterson. What a blessing that was to our family. We are supporting Tom in the primary for District Supervisor in Clarke County. While we are not in his district, we sincerely hope that those who can vote for Tom will do so. The Clarke County Board of Supervisors collectively make decisions that affect every citizen in the county, not just one district. The job description for a supervisor is broad and far reaching and who we vote for needs the ability to multi-task, research issues and make well thought out decisions. Being a small business owner for all of these years, Tom is in a unique position of representing a multitude of different constituents as he has not only listened but heard the concerns for the benefit of every citizen in Clarke County.
