No citations were issued after an accident 7:28 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, at the intersection of 195th Avenue, Shore Street and Page Street.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Breana Delyn Lowry, 18, of Truro was driving a 2010 Hyundai south on 195th Avenue and attempted to turn onto Page Street, not seeing a 2005 Freightliner driven by Ernest Michael Abell, 44, of Afton. Lowry turned into Abell’s path and he struck her vehicle.
Damage estimates are $15,000 to Lowry’s vehicle and $6,000 to Abell’s vehicle.
