Dakota James Dyer, 19, 702 N. Main St., was charged with driving under suspension 1:42 a.m. Sunday, June 25, in the 700 block of Highway 34.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Dyer was driving west on Highway 34 from Fillmore Street without any headlights or taillights.
