Faller, Kincheloe & Co., PLC, Certified Public Accountants, Des Moines, Iowa, today released an audit report on the Clarke County Reservoir Commision in Osceola, Iowa.
The Commission’s revenues totaled $3,900,675 for the year ended June 30, 2016, a 188 percent increase from the prior year. Revenues included $49,181 in operating grants, contributions and restricted interest, $3,821,362 in capital grants, contributions and restricted interest, and $30,132 in unrestricted investment earnings.
Expenses for Commission operations for the year ended June 30, 2016, totaled $219, 032, a 6 percent increase from the prior year. Expenses included $249,863 for public works and $41,169 for general government.
