Dylan James Webb, 21, 2076 Kansas St., was charged with operating while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and probation violations 2:26 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, at the intersection of Fillmore and Ayers streets.

According to an Osceola Police report, Webb had a clear glass bong used to smoke marijuana in his vehicle.

Bond is set at $1,500.

Cory Brandy Thompson, 49, of Leon was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia 10:15 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, at the Law Enforcement Center.

According to an Osceola Police report, at 4:28 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, officers were dispatched to 120 W. Shaw Apt. 3 for a medical call. Upon arrival, officers located Cory Thompson unconscious on the couch. Officers located a spoon with white residue and a needle on a coffee table in the living room. Cory also had a belt on the ground next to him and a fresh needle mark in his arm.

According to an Osceola Police report, Steven John Putz of Lacona reported the theft of a checkbook between 3:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 31, from his car parked at the Osceola Water Works.

Todd Malcolm Miller, 24, of New Virginia was taken into custody on a warrant out of Warren County 11:13 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 200 W. Clay St.

Devin Holt Draper, 24, of Garden Grove was charged with driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia 2:37 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at 116 1/2 W. Webster St.

According to an Osceola Police report, an officer was checking the welfare of Draper at the Hard Rock Car Wash after a report that a man was passed out in a vehicle there. The officer requested Draper exit his vehicle so medics could check him out and asked for permission to search the vehicle. Draper agreed. During the search, the officer discovered a broken pipe used to smoke marijuana. Draper said he forgot it was in the car and meant to throw it away.

Bond was posted in the amount of $600.

Sean Anthony Cook, 49, 217 N. Lincoln St., was charged with driving while barred 1:28 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at his residence.

According to an Osceola Police report, an officer recognized Cook as a driver with a barred license and witnessed him driving.

Bond was posted in the amount of $2,000.

Dustin Leroy Lear, 35, of Liberty Center was charged with driving while suspended 8:52 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at the intersection of Clay Street and Adams Street.

Bond was posted in the amount of $300.

Christina Catherine Gillespie, 36, 215 E. Washington St. Apt. 1 was charged with a probation violation 9:49 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at 325 S. Main St. Apt. 58.

According to court documents, on May 24th, 2016, Gillespie received a suspended sentence in Clarke County with two years probation for possession of a controlled substance and three years probation for second-degree criminal mischief and extortion. In January, according to Osceola Police reports, Gillespie was charged with third-degree burglary.

Bond is set at $2,500.

Karen Suzanne Milom, 59, of Cedar was charged with driving while suspended 2:49 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, in the 400 block of West Clay Street.

Milom was fined $400 plus costs.

Michael Dewitt Houck, 39, 126 N. Delaware St. was charged with driving while suspended 2:54 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the intersection of Ariel Circle and Southwest Boulevard.

Houck was fined $250 plus costs.

Jennifer Ann Nolin, 32, of Runnels was charged with a probation violation 5:27 a.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at the Law Enforcement Center.

According to court documents, Nolin did not sign up for probation within the deadline established by an earlier court decision.

Sean Anthony Cook, 49, 217 N. Lincoln St., was charged with driving while barred 4:06 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at the 37 mile marker on Interstate 35.

According to an Osceola Police report, an officer recognized Cook as a driver charged with driving while barred a week prior and initiated a traffic stop.

Bond was posted in the amount of $200.

Cory Brandy Thompson, 49, of Leon was charged with operating under the influence, a second offense, 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, in the 100 block of West Shaw Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, an officer initiated a traffic stop due to a burned out headlight and observed Thompson to have pin-point pupils and slowed inhibitions. Thompson failed field sobriety tests and submitted a urine sample that supported the charge.
