As election day is quickly approaching, I wish to publicly support Janice White for Clarke County Auditor and Rob Kovacevich for Clarke County Sheriff. I have had the opportunity to be closely associated with these two candidates while employed for many years in the Clarke County Clerk of Court Office. I have had daily contact with both prior to my retirement and know both candidates to be hard working, honest and of the highest integrity.
Janice strives for excellence in her position as auditor and has trained her staff well. She has created an office that is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She devotes as many hours as necessary to make certain that all the many duties of that office are perfectly executed. Janice is conscientious and has an eye for detail. She takes pride in serving the citizens of Clarke County as their auditor. Please vote to re-elect Janice White as auditor.
I have known Rob since the day he was hired as a Clarke County Deputy Sheriff. I have witnessed him in many different scenarios that arise in the course of employment in law enforcement, and he is always professional, helpful, demonstrates empathy when needed and is quick to respond to any situation with a clear head and thoughtful calculation. Rob has been chief deputy under the experienced tutelage of Sheriff Bill Kerns and is ready to lead the Clarke County Sheriff employees, manage the Clarke County Jail, execute the multitude of tasks assigned to the sheriff and keep the citizens of Clarke County safe and secure. Please vote to elect Rob Kovacevich as Clarke County Sheriff.
