These are the candidates for Clarke County Fair princess and prince. The fair is planned July 19-25.
Eleanor Shinn
Shinn, 8, of Osceola is the daughter of Jacqueline and Caleb Shinn. She just completed the second grade.
Her club and school activities include tumbling and Clover Kids. Her other community activities include soccer, softball and church. Her hobbies include horseback riding.
Danika McCloney
McCloney, 8, of New Virginia is the daughter of Ashley McCloney. She just completed the second grade.
Her club and school activities include Pee-Wee cheerleading camps, Pennies for Patients and Jump Rope for Heart.
Her other community activities include Clover Kids, Girl Scouts, Osceola Children’s Theatre, Toys for Tots and volunteering.
Her hobbies include singing, writing songs, drawing, painting, traveling, photography, geo-caching, outdoor activities, theatre and spending time with family and friends.
Maizy Irving
Irving, 7, of Woodburn is the daughter of Haylee and Rick Irving Jr. She just completed the first grade.
Her club and school activities include ballet, tap and Freemont Feenix 4-H group. Her other community activities include summer vacation Bible school and swimming.
Her hobbies include chores on the farm and playing dress-up. She also enjoys playing with her brothers and sisters, as long as they are nice to her.
Easton Brokaw
Brokaw, 8, of Osceola is the son of Matt and Denise Brokaw. He just completed second grade.
His club and school activities include KW Hustlers 4-H Club, Junior Lego League, Clarke Mat Club, baseball, youth football, AAU wrestling and TAG program.
His other community activities include Light of Grace Church, volunteering for the nursing home, Clarke County Animal Shelter, Clarke County Fair Board and other local nonprofits.
His hobbies include wrestling, singing, sports, fishing, swimming, riding bikes, Zumba, playing with his brothers and neighbors, volunteer activities with his 4-H club and camping.
Jacob Keller
Keller, 9, of Murray is the son of Mark and Jodie Keller. He just completed the third grade.
His community activities include Clover Kids, baseball, soccer and flag football.
His hobbies include fishing, camping and collecting Hot Wheels.
Alyssa Kent
Kent, 8, of Lucas is the daughter of Heather and Shad Kent. She just completed the third grade.
Her club and school activities include 4-H Clover Kids. Her other community activities include children’s theatre and softball.
Her hobbies include art, crafting, cooking, riding her horse and feeding her rabbits and cows.
Faith Ann Hudson
Hudson, 7, of Osceola is the daughter of John and Marjie Jackson. She just completed the first grade.
Her club and school activities include being a member of Clover Kids. Her other community activities include the Osceola Parks and Recreation pink coach pitch baseball team.
Her hobbies include playing outside, coloring, riding horses, petting her grandparents’ chickens and playing with her sisters and brother.
Alexandria Bundridge
Bundridge, 5, of Murray is the daughter of Jerry and April Bundridge. She just completed pre-kindergarten.
Her community activities include Murray little league, Leslie’s Dance, vacation Bible school at Murray Church of Christ, Daisy Girl Scout and 1A state fair tumbling team.
Her hobbies include playing with friends, riding bikes and swimming at the pool.
Cole McCann
McCann, 9, of Osceola is the son of Matt and Cheri McCann. He just completed the third grade.
His club and school activities include Cub Scouts, Clover Kids, K.W. Hustlers, tennis, baseball, football, soccer and basketball.
His hobbies include farming, four-wheeling, taking care of animals, boating and swimming.
Gracie Mathes
Mathes, 6, of Murray is the daughter of Zach and Marti Mathes. She just completed kindergarten.
Her club and school activities include Koolios, tee-ball and JAM. Her other community activities include tumbling.
Her hobbies include playing with her dog Odin, playing with her little sister Hadley, working with her bottle calf and farming with her Pa and Daddy.
Blaine Thomas Cornelison
Cornelison, 6, of Osceola is the son of Sara Hiatt and Tanner Cornelison. He just completed kindergarten.
His club and school activities include Clover Kids and Youth First Lego League.
His hobbies include soccer, baseball and playing.
