Jennifer Lynn Myers, 34, of Ralston, Nebraska, was charged with fifth-degree theft 4:05 a.m. June 4.
Myers was arraigned and released on bond. She is to appear in court at a later date.

Nicholas Edward Benes, 20, of Winterset was charged with interference with official acts, four counts of assault on a police officer and fifth-degree criminal mischief 5:20 a.m. June 6.
Benes was arraigned and being held in Clarke County Jail awaiting bond to be posted.

Kevin Leroy Dorland of Osceola reported a Llama semi-auto .380 caliber pistol with serial number C22470 was left in Chad Miller’s vehicle, which was parked at Eastside Auto between 3 p.m. June 9 and 6 p.m. June 11. When Dorland went to retrieve the pistol from the vehicle, it was missing.

Scott Kent with Clarke County Conservation reported June 6 damage had been done to the Liberty Park shelter house, including to two picnic tables, two wall plaques, a door and frame and one ceiling fan wiring.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, cameras showed an individual damaging the shelter house. Charges have been filed and a juvenile was referred to juvenile court for fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Loss estimate is $450.

Jacob Wayne Aschan, 25, of Murray was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, 10:01 p.m. June 5.
Aschan was arraigned and released on bond.

Curtis Alan Decker, 52, of Afton was charged with public intoxication 3:56 a.m. June 16.
Decker was being arraigned on the charges.

Sport Wade of Weldon reported June 16 a black 2004 Kearney trailer with plate number 5958NQ was taken. The trailer was parked behind The Café and officials are not sure of the day it was taken.
Loss estimate is $2,000.

Michael Scott Perkins, 54, of Corydon was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, 7:39 p.m. June 16.
Perkins was arraigned and released by the courts.
