Rilma Muller Osceola

Helen Rilma Muller, 76, of Osceola died Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola.

Funeral services were 10 a.m. Monday, April 25, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., in Osceola with interment at Hebron Cemetery in Clarke County. Visitation with family present was from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Osceola Public Library or Osceola United Methodist Church. Helen Rilma Muller, daughter of Robert Ashton Jamison and Neva Luella Kelley Jamison, was born Feb. 11, 1940, in Osceola.

Over the years, Rilma has lived in Cameron, Missouri, and Liberty, Missouri, as well as Des Moines and Marshalltown. She attended Fairview Country School from 1946-48. She then attended LeRoy Consolidated School from 1949-58, when she graduated high school.

On Nov. 9, 1962, Rilma married George Emil Muller at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Indianola .

Rilma worked as the office manager and realtor for Saylor Realty for 25 years in Osceola until her retirement in 2011. She was a member of Osceola United Methodist Church, national, state and local realtor associations, Republican Party, Chamber of Commerce Board, local clubs, civic organizations and TTT-FZ.

Rilma is survived by her daughter Roberta (Dwayne) Nienhueser of Alma, Missouri; daughter Ronda (Randy) Wishon of Osceola; son Eric (Kim) Muller of Urbandale; step-son Ed (Angel) Muller of Des Moines; grandchildren, Ben Nienhueser of Alma, Missouri, Tim Nienhueser of Alma, Missouri, Drew Wishon of Osceola, Grant Wishon of Osceola, Robert Muller of Urbandale and Josh Muller of Urbandale; brother Russell (Joan) Jamison of Fairfax, Virginia; goddaughter Allison Kendall of Osceola as well as other relatives and many friends.

Rilma was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Ashton Jamison and Neva Luella Jamison; husband George Emil Muller; sister Roberta Surbaugh and brothers, Robert (Bob) Jamison and Raymond Jamison.
