Kevin Aaron Stone, 45, of Eldon was charged with driving while suspended, second-degree theft and on a Wapello County warrant 4 p.m. April 8.
Stone was arraigned and held in Clarke County Jail waiting on bond. Stone will then be transported to Wapello County to face charges there.

Austin Lee Haines, 31, of Osceola was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree theft 9:05 a.m. April 6.
Haines was arraigned and held in Clarke County Jail waiting on bond.

Brandon Robert Bjustrom of Mount Ayr reported a 2004 Honda ATV was taken in Union County, and eventually recovered in Clarke County 10:04 p.m. April 7.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the ATV had been painted another color and the wiring had been modified to by-pass the ignition switch.

On April 12, Amber Lyn Mondragon of Murray reported someone had used her Bank of America credit card in October 2015 in Illinois and Ohio.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Mondragon said neither she nor her husband had authorized any of the transactions. She also said her bank had cancelled the card and issued her a new one.
Loss estimate is $498.72.

Scott William Cook, 44, of Van Wert was charged with driving under suspension and failure to appear for driving under suspension 12:55 a.m. April 14.
The original date of the offense was April 13.
Cook was being held in Clarke County Jail waiting to be arraigned.
