INDIANOLA — Clarke Community High School Choir students participated in the Simpson College Honor Choir in Indianola Oct. 13 under the direction of Dr. Tim McMillin, director of choral activities and vocal instructor at Simpson.
Dani Brown, Izzy Buddenhagen, Jesse Corrales and Kait Cummings, members of the Clarke chamber choir and concert choir, prepared music with their choir director Ann March before attending the festival.
The students performed in an evening concert along with the Simpson College women’s chorale, combined women’s ensembles, the college choir, combined men’s ensembles and the Simpson College chamber singers. Dr. Jin Young Park, piano instructor at Simpson, accompanied the festival choir.
