Robert Francis McBride of Osceola reported a Chevrolet catalytic converter, Ford catalytic converter, tail light lens from a Chevrolet vehicle and manifold and distributor from a Ford Taurus were taken from vehicles in a field between Aug. 21 and Sept. 21.

Loss estimate is $410. Clarke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating this incident.

Tammy Annette Moore, 53, of Murray was charged on a warrant for failure to appear on public intoxication charges from Altoona Police Department 1:45 p.m. Sept. 25.

The original date of the offense was May 2, 2013.

Moore was released from Clarke County Jail on bond.

Shari Lynne Boyce of Derby reported a 2004 Chevrolet MOC was taken without her permission by Daniel Rater 7:50 p.m. Sept. 21 from 2453 270th Ave.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the vehicle was entered into the Iowa system as possibly stolen. Boyce called the sheriff’s office at a later time and said she had found her vehicle in Humeston. She also admitted she had given Rater permission in the past to drive her vehicle.

No charges are being filed in this case.

On Sept. 19, Kathleen Ray Johnson was identified as an individual who entered a vehicle owned by Nickolis Sherman Goben of Des Moines.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the vehicle was parked at 823 Sherman St. in Murray. Johnson didn’t have permission to enter the vehicle. The incident is being labeled as trespass.

A citation to appear was mailed Sept. 25 with a court date of Oct. 1 at Clarke County Courthouse.
