MURRAY — Clarke County South Central Iowa Community Foundation (SCICF) granted the Murray Lions Club $3,000 to erect a shelter for patrons of the Murray community.
The shelter was built next to the new Casey’s General store in Murray and is about a block from the school. The Murray Lions Club felt that the shelter would have a positive impact on students and people of the community as well as visitors from outside the community attending school activities.
