Timothy Kent Kleinbeck of Murray reported fishing rods, reeds and fishing lures were taken between 6 p.m. July 30 and 2:30 p.m. Aug. 3.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Kleinbeck said someone had taken the items from the back of a pickup he was using. He said the fishing equipment was in the back of the pickup July 30 and was missing Aug. 3.

Clarke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.

Loss estimate is $1,800.

Landon Peter Irmitter, 19, of Osceola was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 3:25 a.m. Aug. 5.

Irmitter was cited and released to appear in court at a later date.

Monica Lynn Schneiders of Woodburn reported $550 in jewelry, $30 in clothes, a $30 Swiss Army bag and a $20 small black duffel bag were taken July 31.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Schneiders said someone had broken into her residence in Woodburn. She said she had seen the items in her residence earlier in the day.

Clarke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.

Loss estimate is $630.

Dennis Michael Simmerman, 20, of Murray was charged with four counts of third-degree burglary, one count of second-degree theft and three counts of fourth-degree theft 5:59 p.m. Aug. 4.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Simmerman and a male juvenile were charged in Murray in connection to several burglaries and thefts. The juvenile has been referred to juvenile court.

Simmerman was arraigned Aug. 5 and being held in Clarke County Jail awaiting bond.

Karol Ann Waterhouse of Osceola reported $10,000 in jewelry was taken between noon July 25 and 2 p.m. Aug. 8.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Waterhouse said two of her mother’s rings were taken from her residence in rural Clarke County.

Clarke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
