Kirk Daniel Heuer, 29, of Osceola was cited for passing too near an intersection after an accident 10:50 a.m. July 2 at the intersection of Idaho Street and Highway 34.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Eldon Paul Graves, 39, of Osceola, driving a 1995 Buick west on Highway 34, attempted to turn onto Idaho Street.
Heuer, driving a 2002 Oldsmobile, tried to pass Graves’ vehicle and struck the vehicle in the driver’s side door.
Damage estimate to Graves’ vehicle, which is owned by Roy Charles Graves, is $3,000.
The damage estimate to Heuer’s vehicle, which is owned by Erin Kristie Tyler, is unknown.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Chyra Moon Ellen McMillen, 27, of Garden Grove, driving a 2005 Chrysler, struck a deer.
Damage estimate is unknown at this time.
