Library’s digitalized access

The Osceola Library has a service on the computer that is easy use and very helpful. Mike Boldon is on the board of the foundation.

The Library Foundation pays for the digitized of access to the Osceola newspaper in our city library. It is friendly and usable.

The staff at the Osceola Library will assist you on a computer and show you how to use this program provided by the Library Foundation.

In general, you can type in a name, event or a date and the service will search back through the Osceola papers for the news story.

Recently, I used this program to find the history of DeWitt and Crawford track meets. In a matter of moments, the past articles from the Osceola paper were on the screen to read.

If you are looking for information from the past in Osceola, you will discover this is a great service and a fast way to find the information. It is a service that I highly recommend that you use.
