Marvin Todd Lawson, 35, of Centerville was charged with second-degree theft 1 a.m. March 11.
Lawson was transported to Clarke County Jail from Wright County.

On March 12, Kevin James Seuferer of Osceola reported, on Jan. 26, individuals tried to charged $1,100 to his credit card.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the company caught the transaction and stopped it before the act could be completed. The transaction appeared to take place in Miami, Fla.
