Erik DD Nord, 20, of Poplar Grove, Ill., was charged with possession of a controlled substance (simple) and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple) 12:15 a.m. Sept. 12.

Nord was cited and released with a court appearance issued.

Alex Ramirez, 19, of Belvidere, Ill., was charged with possession of a controlled substance (simple) and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple) 12:15 a.m. Sept. 12.

Ramirez was cited and released with a court appearance issued.

Liza Kristine Glasener, 50, of Des Moines was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving while suspended and having an open container 8:06 p.m. Sept. 13.

Glasener was arraigned and released after posting bond.

William Eugene Ogbourne of Osceola reported a Honda 300 4x4 ATV was taken between Sept. 7 and Sept. 11.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the year of the ATV is unknown, but it does have a homemade paint job of flat black. The front tires are new with silver rims. It also has a removable black box on the rack. The ATV was in a farm shed with an open end.

The incident is under investigation by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office. Loss estimate is $600.

Dean Lewis Richards of Creston reported an incident of second-degree criminal mischief and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon 9 p.m. Sept. 6.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, a vehicle owned by Richards was “t-boned” by a vehicle driven by Garrett James Alexander after a race. Richards’ vehicle was completely flipped over on the infield of the track. Richards had to be helped out of the car by Osceola Fire Department. After interviewing witnesses, the sheriff’s department requested a warrant for Alexander. As of the time of the report, Alexander has not turned himself in.

This incident is under investigation by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.

John Charles Tostenson of Peterson, Minn., reported a 1985 518 CAT logging skidder with chains was taken between Sept. 9 and 17.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Tostenson said he was logging north west of Osceola and had been in the area Sept. 8 to check on equipment, but because of heavy rain hadn’t been back since. Tostenson thinks the person he bought the skidder from came and took his equipment.

The incident is under investigation by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office. Loss estimate is $18,000.

A Hasp lock, steel door, 25 bottle of various liquor and five and a-half cases of beer were allegedly damaged or taken between Sept. 15 and 16 at Trailside Tavern in Murray.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the Hasp lock on the south east door was cut and several items were taken from the bar area.

The incident is under investigation by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office. Loss estimate is $1,155.

Mark Thomas Rowe, 51, of Chandler, Ariz., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a concealed weapon 7:12 p.m. Sept. 16.

The original date of the offense is Sept. 13.

Rowe was arraigned and released on bond.

Ashley Ross of Murray reported a Nike sports bag and Nike sandals were taken from a van between Sept. 10 and 11. The van was unlocked at the time.

The incident is under investigation by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office. Loss estimate is $55.
