The Board of Directors of the Green Hills AEA will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at 12:00 p.m. This meeting will be held by conference call pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.8. Access to the meeting will be provided to members of the public through attendance at the meeting origination site at the Halverson Center for Education, 24997 Highway 92, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Detailed materials concerning the meeting may be examined in the office of the Board Secretary after September 15, 2014.
The tentative agenda for the regular meeting will include:

3. Review Farragut and Hamburg Community School Districts' Petition to Reorganize to Assure that It Conforms to the Green Hills AEA Reorganization Plan
