David Lee Blair, 32, of Winterset was charged with second-degree theft and criminal trespass, 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15.

Blair was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Gerson Daniel Licona of Murray reported someone used a BB gun to shoot out the windows on his trailer. The date of the incident is unknown.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, a refrigerator and stove were taken from the trailer. The trailer was not inhabited at the time of the incident.

The incident is being investigated by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.

Loss and damage estimate is $1,000 for the windows, $200 for the door, $200 for the refrigerator and $200 for the stove.

Wyatt Andrew Farrell, 25, of Chariton was charged with domestic abuse assault and on an assault warrant 10:20 a.m. Aug. 19.

The date of the offense was Aug. 18.

Farrell posted bond and was released from Clarke County Jail.

Jeffrey Leroy Lucas, 47, of Norwalk was charged with domestic abuse assault with intent to injure, first-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief 10:50 a.m. Aug. 18.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Lucas went to a residence and forced open a garage door. He used golf clubs to damage a vehicle owned by a female and also struck and broke the kitchen door.

Lucas entered the house, which had approximately four people in it at the time. Lucas was charged by Clarke County Sheriff’s officials at the scene.

Lucas was released from Clarke County Jail after being arraigned and posting bond.

Jesus D. Torres-Lopez, 38, of Osceola was charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass 2:23 a.m. Aug. 17.

Torres was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

The date of the original offense was between July 26 and Aug. 10.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Blair was charged Aug. 16. for taking into his possession a car trailer and some chains that belonged to James Schaack .

Blair was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Adam Glen Goodrich, 32, of Osceola was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, and failure to obey a stop sign 1:58 a.m. Aug. 23.

Goodrich was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail after posting bond.
