Mary Burkheimer of Osceola reported her credit card was compromised off of the computer, probably through online shopping, July 22. The card was used in Maryland.
Loss estimate is $7,000.
The case is under investigation by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.

Tammy Annette Moore, 52, of Murray was charged with driving while revoked 12:27 a.m. Aug. 5.
Moore was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Todd Malcolm Miller of New Virginia reported a 1984 Honda XL350 R Motorcycle was taken 10:40 p.m. Aug. 2.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the motorcycle was recovered in Murray at 129 Troy St.
Lucas Willet was charged with possession of stolen property.

Shane Andrew Mongar, 32, of Murray was charged with third-degree burglary 12:48 a.m. Aug. 3.
Mongar was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Lucas Aaron Willet, 25, of Murray was charged with five counts of driving while suspended and possession of stolen property 11:14 p.m. Aug. 2.
Willet was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Moffitt was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail after posting bond.
