Trevor Jack Dillon Loudon, 24, of Creston was charged with failure to appear on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance March 20.
The original date of offense was Dec. 9, 2013.
As of March 25, Loudon is still being held in Clarke County Jail.

Curtis Francis Cowling, 28, of Garden Grove was charged with possession of stolen property March 21.
As of March 26, Cowling is still being held in Clarke County Jail on Clarke County charges, as well as a hold for the state of Missouri.

Kerry Ann Annis, 40, of Murray was charged with possession of drugs with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia 1:38 a.m. March 21.
Bond was set at $50,000.
As of March 26, Annis is being held in Clarke County Jail on Clarke County charges.

Michael Alan Havlik of Osceola reported a 1983 Nomad travel trailer was taken between Feb. 15 and March 15.
Loss estimate is $5,000.

Roger Leo Grover, 34, of Leon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 1 a.m. March 21.
Grover was cited and released at the scene of the law-enforcement stop.
