Hanna Bedwell, 10, of New Virginia participated in the 2013 Covered Bridge Fainting Goat Show Sept. 14 at Madison County Fairgrounds.
Bedwell earned the top honor of Grand Champion Wether with her 4-year-old wether named Brownie. Brownie was also first in his class and champion senior wether.
Bedwell also took home first place with her doe named Sunny, second place with her doe named Roxalee and wether Daytona, and third place with her does named Cupcake and Zendaya.
Brady Streeter of New Virginia received fifth place with his doe named Sunshine. All of the fainting goats were raised by Hanna Bedwell of Hanna’s Upside Down Fainting Goats located near New Virginia.
