Bev Green of Murray reported 10 single-glass windows, 12-by-12 inch, and a walk-in wooden basement door were damaged between Aug. 17 and 21.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, it appears the windows on the southwest side of the residence were shot out with a BB gun and basement door was kicked in. No damage was reportedly done to the inside of the residence.

The incident is being investigated by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.


Jelani Montsho Jabari Green, 37, of Osceola was charged with driving under suspension 11:15 p.m. Aug. 20.

Green was arraigned Aug. 21 and released from Clarke County Jail.


Elizabeth Anne Dominguez, 21, of Leon was charged with failure to appear on the original charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 9:45 a.m. Aug. 21.

As of Aug. 22, Dominguez is being held in Clarke County Jail to serve time on another charge.
