No citations were issued after an accident 1:30 p.m. July 27 in the 1600 block of Kendall Street and 160th Avenue.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Eric Wayne Boor, 18, of Osceola was driving a 2000 Dodge, and Christopher Eugene Boor, 51, of Osceola was driving a 2009 Dodge pickup. They were both traveling north on 160th Avenue, which is a dirt road.
Both vehicles went through a mud hole and the windshield of Christopher Boor’s vehicle became covered with mud. He was unable to see Eric Boor’s vehicle slow down because of another mud hole. Christopher Boor’s vehicle struck the back of Eric Boor’s vehicle.
Damage estimates are $3,000 to the vehicle driven by Eric Boor, and owned by Christopher and Sheila Mae Boor, and $5,000 to Christopher Boor’s vehicle.
