Robin Sean Vandyke of Ankeny reported incidents of fourth-degree theft and third-degree burglary occurring between June 21 and July 6.

Value of items damaged or taken is unknown at this time.

Jacob Dorland, 25, of Osceola was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, 11:17 p.m. July 13.

Dorland was released on bond.

Michael Alan Fry, 54, of Creston was charged with driving under suspension 2:30 a.m. July 9.

Fry was released on bond.

Jesus Jacobo, 26, of Osceola was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and assault use/display of a weapon July 11.

Jacobo was arraigned and released by the court.

Gregory Wayne Watson, 48, of Ames was charged with third-degree domestic abuse assault and driving while barred 3 a.m. July 18.

Watson was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Clarence Steinbach of Murray reported snap-on diesel tools, snap-on tool box, Stiehl chain saw model 24, Stiehl chain saw farm and ranch hand, Frigidair 110 air conditioner, several old fishing poles and two 20-foot log chains were taken from a garage located on a property in Murray between July 15 and 17.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, it appears the sliding door to the garage was left unlocked The incident is being investigated by the sheriff’s office.

Loss estimate is $12,150.
