Paul Buddy Edgar of Woodburn reported a mailbox and post were struck by a car between 11 p.m. June 21 and 9:30 a.m. June 22. The mailbox and post are missing. Loss and damage estimate is unknown at this time.

David Gerald McChesney, 60, of West Des Moines, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 3:10 a.m. June 23.
McChesney was arraigned and released by the courts.

Eddie Castillo, 19, of Osceola was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 10:10 p.m. June 27.
As of June 28, Castillo is being held in Clarke County Jail.

Trenton Wade Denny of Osceola reported a Craftsman transit, Craftsman 5-hp shop vac, Craftsman 8-inch portable table saw, generic cutoff saw, Duofast carpet stapler, Dewalt table saw, Dewalt belt sander, Dewalt jigsaw, SDS hammer drill, compound mitersaw, dual bevel sliding compound mitersaw and several other power tools were taken from an enclosed trailer parked at a job site between June 22 and 24. The trailer was parked in a metal building being worked on.
Loss estimate is unknown at this time.

Rusty Lee Throckmorton, 23, of Murray was charged with driving while suspended and operating an ATV on a highway 9:59 a.m. June 25.
Throckmorton was arraigned and released by the courts.

Loy was arraigned and released by the courts.
