Jon Eric Muselman, 46, of Osceola was charged with domestic abuse assault causing injury 8:14 p.m. June 16.
Muselman was released on bond June 17.

Brian Gutzmer of Osceola reported 20 boxes of laminated floor shaw style, two drywall knives, six clamps, Delta planer, Kregg pocket thing, saw, Ryobi table saw, large square, tool shop belt sander, Makita cordless drill and several other hand tools were taken from a residence between 8 p.m. June 12 and 10 a.m. June 13.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, it appears a window in the front door was broken and the door was able to be unlocked. The house was being remodeled so it could be rented.
Loss and damage estimate is unknown at this time.

A small headstone at Cox Cemetery was reportedly broken into pieces between May 24 and June 17.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, a grounds keeper said the stone was OK before Memorial Day.
