Clarke County Housing Foundation board met Monday, June 3.
The purpose of the meeting was to distribute funds gained through the sale of Clarke Community Housing a few years ago.
The board voted to distribute $30,000 to local nonprofit organizations nominated by the general membership.
The following organizations received funds:
Beacon of Light
Osceola Senior Center
Clarke County Animal Shelter
The Village
Fourth of July Committee
Clarke Area Arts Council
Osceola Depot restoration
99 Ways
Diversity Gardens
Clarke School lunch
Clarke County Courthouse yard
