Hill was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Larry Eugene Kuster, 34, of Clarinda was charged on a Clarke County warrant 10 p.m. May 20.
Kuster was charged in Page County and transported to Clarke County Jail to be held until taken to district court.
