Ayers St., was charged with third-degree burglary, Jason Daren Patrick, 18, 263 Manor Drive, was charged with third-degree burglary, Colton Arthur Pritchard, 19, 102 S. Adams St., was charged with third-degree burglary and Joshua Keith Sook, 19, 238 Country Club was charged with third-degree burglary and possession of a controlled substance 3:45 a.m. May 14.
According to a report from Osceola Police Chief Marty Duffus, criminal mischief was reported a numerous locations May 13. Officers responded to a car-burglary-in-progress call. They performed a traffic stop on a vehicle and found stolen items from other vehicles inside the vehicle. The police department is still investigating this incident. Duffus said he is confident several other charges may be filed.
Brown, Patrick, Pritchard and Sook were all released on bond.
