Interstate 35, East Union 33

AFTON — Jaylan White scored 20 points and dished out nine assists with five steals to lead Interstate 35 to a 58-33 win over East Union here on Feb. 1.

Jamal White scored 11 points with three steals and Zach Goering added eight points for the Roadrunners. Nick Schaffer pitched in seven points with 10 rebounds off the bench.

Colton Clarke scored two points and grabbed six rebounds with five blocks in the win.

Interstate 35 80, Martensdale-St. Marys 65

TRURO — Jaylan White and Jamal White combined to score 49 of Interstate 35's 80 points in an 80-65 win over Martensdale-St. Marys here on Feb. 5.

Jaylan White scored 32 points with four assists and four steals, while Jamal White added 17 points.

Mitch Morris and Colton Clarke also finished in double figures scoring, with 12 and 11 poitns, respectively. Clarke recorded a double-double with 11 rebounds.

Zach Goering added seven points and nine rebounds. Nick Schaffer grabbed eight boards off the bench.

Central Decatur 83, Corning 49

LEON — Central Decatur got out to an early lead and never looked back in an 83-49 win over Corning here on Feb. 1.

Bryson Durrow scored 19 points with six rebounds for the Cardinals, while Ethan Hanna added 15 points. Peyton Pedersen pitched in 12 points and Noah Simon added 11 off the bench.

Trevor Greenaland scored nine points and Nick Durell dropped in seven with five rebounds. Dalton Rhum scored four points.

Lamoni 76, Central Decatur 60

LEON — Bryson Durrow scored 17 points with six rebounds to lead Central Decatur in a 76-60 loss to Lamoni here on Feb. 4

Peyton Pedersen and Trevor Greenland each scored 13 points and dished out five assists in the loss. Ethan Hanna added seven points with five assists. Alex Foltz and Aaron Linhart scored four points each, and Nick Durell added two points.

Wayne 61, Central Decatur 57

CORYDON — Wayne got out to an early lead and held off a late Central Decatur comeback attempt, beating the Cardinals 61-57 here on Feb. 5.

Bryson Durrow scored a team-high 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds with four assists and three steals.

Trevor Greenland added 13 points, while freshman Nick Durell recorded a double-double off the bench with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Peyton Pedersen scored 11 points.

Aaron LInhart dropped in five points and Noah Simon added two points and four rebounds.

Murray 85, Mormon Trail 47

MURRAY — The ninth-ranked Mustangs outscored Mormon Trail 25-5 in the second quarter on the way to Tuesday's 85-47 victory.

"This was our first game in over 10 days and we just really wanted to get up and down the floor and give the seniors a chance to go out and have some fun," said coach Darin Wookey. "I thought we played well offensively, but we had some breakdowns defensively."

Austin Halls had a triple-double with 30 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists and seven steals. Sam Rockhold provided 17 points, seven rebounds and three steals. Wookey said Johnston had one of his best games, finishing with eight points, nine rebounds and four blocked shots.

Cody Scroggie added 12 points, eight assists and seven rebounds for Murray (19-1). Pat Kilmer and Andrew Rider finished with eight and seven points, respectively.

Ben Heath led Mormon Trail with 14 points and Brett Lee added 13.

Murray plays at Martensdale-St. Marys Friday night.
