Clarke wrestling falls to Davis County, Washington

BLOOMFIELD — The Clarke wrestling team dropped a pair of duals on Jan. 24 at Davis County in double dual action.

Davis County defeated the Indians 73-6, while Washington beat Clarke 78-6.

Ty Ryan picked up the lone victory for the Indians against Davis County, pinning Nathan Vaugh at 195 pounds.

Roberto Ventura pinned Washington's Darius Stogner in 5:03 at 285 pounds for the only Indian victory against Washington.

Clarke returns to action Saturday in sectional action at Winterset.
