Marcus McCutchan, a resident of Florence, AZ and Grand River, IA, died Saturday, January 5th at the Phoenix Mayo Clinic. He was 82. Services will be held at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S Main, Osceola, IA at 10:30 am on Saturday 19th.

Marcus was born on June 3rd, 1930 near Grand River, IA, the son of Leona and Emmitt Dalton McCutchan.

In 1946, his family moved to Florence, AZ for his brother Hallie’s health, where, in high school, he met the love of his life. He and Sarah Aleene Rankin were married November 20th, 1949 – a marriage that was to last 63 years.
