Ann O’Neill, 53, of Osceola died Dec. 7, 2012, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
Memorial services were 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, at Osceola United Methodist Church. The Rev. Julie M. Poore officiated. Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., was in charge of arrangements. Ann Marie O’Neill, daughter of Marlys (Struck) and Stan Van Hauen, was born May 4, 1959, in Waterloo.
