Funeral services for Frank L. Barnard, 93, of Osceola will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at New Virginia United Methodist Church. Interment will be in New Virginia Cemetery. Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements. Open visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
