Wanda Paschall, 86, of Osceola died Oct. 5, 2012.
Services were 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St. The Rev. Chuck DeVos officiated. Interment was in Maple Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Mercy Hospice in Des Moines.
Wanda Lee Paschall, daughter of Elizabeth Ida (Robb) and John William Neff, was born Nov. 10, 1925, in Mount Union.
Wanda received her education at Osceola High School.
On Sept. 4, 1954, Wanda married Francis Gene Paschall in Osceola.
Wanda and Gene made their home in Osceola for many years until they moved to Des Moines from 1976 to 1981.
In 1981, Wanda and Gene moved to Camdenton, Mo., to retire.
Wanda was a member of Osceola Country Club. She volunteered at the local school as a teachers aide.
Wanda is survived by her nephews, Jim (Renee) Neff of Omaha, Neb., Robert (Sandra) Neff of Des Moines, David Neff of Runnells, John Neff of Clairmont, Minn., and Sam and Jeffrie Bond; nieces, Joyce (Dudley) Lukehardt of Placerville, Calif., and Julie Norton; sister-in-law Harriett Paschall of Moline, Ill.; niece-in-law Cheryl Neff of Omaha, Neb.; as well as many great-nieces and -nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Wendell, Dwight, Edwin, Glenn and Dale Neff; and sisters, Glenna Leeper, Wilma Fuller, Valarie Bond and Mary Neff.
