Water superintendent concerns

Something amazing happened just the other day. After I wrote a letter to the editor about our water superintendents two drinking DUI’s, I get a letter with my water bill explaining how our water dept. screwed up our water chlorination, as I’m sure everyone did.

So, my question to the public is, was our water superintendent able to drink and do his job properly?

And, does anyone believe if you have a drinking problem, it stops when you go to work?
