Clarke
The Indians sent just two wrestlers to the ADM (Adel) Tournament Saturday and came home with one place finisher.
Sophomore Jacob Bair earned a third-place finish at 160 pounds. Clarke’s other entrant, Dalton Fry, did not place.
Clarke heads to Corning Friday and Saturday for the always-tough John Harris Invitational.
The Indians went 0-2 in dual meets Thursday in Stuart, with losses to West Central Valley (48-12) and Albia (72-0).

Central Decatur
The Cardinals finished 15th out of 16 teams at the Centerville Big Red Invitational Saturday.
Tucker Waugh led CD with a third-place finish at 160. The Cardinal was seeded number one, but was upset in the semifinals. Waugh rebounded with two consecutive wins to take the bronze medal.
Central Decatur’s other place finisher was 120-pounder Colton Ranney, who finished fourth.
The Cardinals hosted Chariton and Davis County Thursday night in Leon and went 1-1. CD defeated Chariton, 46-36, but dropped a 48-27 decision to Davis County.
Ranney, Trenton Wells, Waugh and Jacob Wyborny all went 2-0 on the night for th.
Interstate 35
The Roadrunner wrestlers went 3-1 Saturday at the Coon Rapids-Bayard Duals.
I-35 defeated AHST (Avoca), 51-27, the host Crusaders, 42-37, and Pleasantville, 77-6, but fell short against Fort Dodge St. Edmond, 38-36.
Zach Hutton, Todd Graham and Lonnie Harper all went undefeated on the day. Brad Yakle went 3-1 at 106, with his lone loss a 6-4 defeat against Class 1A fifth-ranked Kaden McClintock of FDSE.
The Roadrunners swept a Pride of Iowa Conference triangular Thursday night in Greenfield. I-35 took down Bedford/Lenox, 43-24, before defeating host Nodaway Valley, 45-32.
Hutton, Angelo Madonia and Graham had pins in the win over the Wolverines. Hutton also had a pin against Bedford/Lenox, as did Mitch Vipond and Harper.
