Veda Mae Goodrich, 80, of Osceola, died Aug. 12, 2010, at her home.

Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St. Chaplian Bill Ballard officiated. Interment followed in Maple Hill Cemetery in Osceola. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Central Iowa in Osceola.

Veda Mae Goodrich, daughter of LaVona Joy (Allen) and Jefferson Daniel, was born Nov. 12, 1929 in Des Moines. Veda graduated from Osceola High School in 1948.  On April 2, 1949, Veda married Andrew Morris Goodrich Jr. in Leon.
