Mildred Imhoff

Mildred Maxine Percell Imhoff, age 85, died on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, at the Southern Hills Specialty Care Center in Osceola. 


Mildred was born in rural Harrison County, Mo. on April 8, 1924, to Edward Morton and Mary Maud (Newton) Percell.


After attending country school in Harrison County she went on to High School in Bethany, Mo. and then Eagleville, Mo. where she graduated in 1943. After graduation she took classes at Graceland College in Lamoni. Mildred was on the volleyball team in high school and college. 
Mildred met Harry Elmer Imhoff at the home of William and Elizabeth Campbell in Davis City, where they attended a series of Bible studies. They were married on June 7, 1948, at her childhood home in Missouri.


Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 25 at the Kale Funeral Home in Osceola.
