Brandon and Sheri VanWinkle of Osceola are parents of a daughter, Paisley Laurae VanWinkle, born Feb. 17, 2010, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. She weighed 6-pounds 13-ounces and measured 19 inches.


She has two sisters, Presley and Raegan and a brother, Waytt. Grandparents are Ron and Jan VanWinkle of Woodburn, Terry and Kathy Smith of Osceola, and Roger and Sharon LaFee of Seligman, Mo. Great-grandparents are Janet Sponsler of Humeston, Helen Wood of Corydon, Odessa Musselman of Weldon and Georgia VanWinkle of Osceola and the late Paul LaFee, John Wood and Paul VanWinkle.

Colt Wesson Harper was born Feb. 21 to Amanda VanDyne and Ian Harper. He weighed 8-pounds 11-ounces, and is 21-1/2 inches long.


Colt’s grandparents are JR VanDyne of Allerton, the late Bea VanDyne and Ron and Dorinda Harper of Osceola. Colt’s great-grandparents are Donna Garrow of Centerville, Ron VanDyne of Osceola, Vivian Williams of Atlantic, Shirley Smith of Osceola and Don and Geri Harper of Humeston.
