INCIDENTS

An attempted burglary was reported at 1510 N. Main St. on Feb. 6.

An attempted burglarly and criminal mischief were reported at 210 W. Washington St. on Feb. 10.

A theft was reported at Westside on Feb. 12.

ARRESTS

Osceola resident Donavan Harris, 26, was charged with 19 counts of burglary and 17 counts of criminal mischief on Feb. 7.

Osceola resident William Freeman, 19, was arrested for a warrant on Feb. 13.

Osceola resident Harvey German, 49, was charged with assault on Feb. 15.
