Lois Ruth Liggitt

Lois Ruth Liggitt, daughter of Andrew M. Ewoldsen and Agnes V. (Perdue) Ewoldsen, was born on August 18th, 1917, in rural Clarke County outside of Woodburn. She passed away Feb. 10, 2010 in her home with her husband and children at her side.

She will be greatly missed by her husband of 72 years, Robert H. Liggitt and her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were her garden which she tended with great love, tenderness and skill. Her entire life was centered around the nurturing, education, and blossoming of her family.

Services will be Saturday, Feb. 20 at the Methodist Church in Osceola.
