Bernice Marie McDole, daughter of James Rufus McDowell and Thelma Lucille (Jones) McDowell, was born May 29, 1944, in Jackson County, Mo. and passed from this life Feb. 8, 2010, at her home near Osceola, at 65 years of age.

Services were held at Kale Funeral Home, Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at 11 a.m. with Pastor John Long officiating.

Interment followed in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Osceola.

Contributions may be made to her family.
