Sheriff's report

Murray resident Scott Schaff, 46, was charged with driving while suspended.

Woodburn resident Richard Dillon, 66, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender Feb. 8. Dillon was held at Clarke County Jail until his arraignment.

Osceola resident Ronnie Baughman, 55, was charged with public intoxication and probation violation on Feb. 4. Baughman was charged with another probation violation Feb. 5.

Des Moines resident Christina Mancia, 25, was charged with a probation violation Feb. 4.

Woodburn resident Nathan McAtee, 28, was charged with serious assault on Feb. 2. McAtee was later charged with another assault Feb. 3.

Osceola resident Joshua Halterman, 26, was charged with operating while intoxicated and driving while barred on Feb. 4.

INCIDENT

Jamie Burdess of Weldon reported an assault Feb. 3.

Travis Wright of Woodburn reported a serious assault on Feb. 2.

Clarke County Clerk of Court's office reported harassment Jan. 29. The office allegedly received obscene phone calls.

ACCIDENT

Woodburn resident Cody Wright, 26, was traveling east on Jay Street and was attempting to turn left onto Clarke/Lucas Avenue when Dennis Hardy, 64, came over a hill traveling south and hit the rear driver side of Wright's vehicle. Damage was estimated at $1,500 to Wright's vehicle and $4,500 to Hardy's vehicle.
