ARRESTS

Rodney Lemke, 39, was charged with domestic assault on Jan. 31.

Mark Elsen, 34, was arrested for a warrant on Feb. 3.

Bryan Newton, 51, was charged with possession of paraphernalia on Feb. 2.

ACCIDENTS

A parked vehicle was hit Feb. 2 outside of the owner's residence. Richard Murphy's vehicle was hit outside his residence at 610 S. Park St. in Osceola. The person who hit the vehicle left the scene of the accident. Pieces of the headlight and paint chips were recovered from the scene. Damage was estimated at $1,500.

On Feb. 2, Chantelle West was heading east on Kansas Street when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle rolled several times before coming to rest on its top. Damage was estimated at $15,000.

Dudley Sook reported his van was hit while parked at the Alley Bowl on Feb. 6. According to a report, the van had a dent in the bumper and a broken tail light lens. The suspect vehicle left the scene of the accident.
