Michael and Shannon Mayhew of Osceola are parents of a girl,  Addyson Leigh Mayhew. She was born  Jan. 28 at Iowa Methodist West in Des Moines. She weighed    7-pounds 13-ounces and was 20-inches long.

Grandparents are Kevin and Nancy Hewlett of Osceola and Robert and Coleen Mayhew of Osceola. Great-grandparents are Lena Hewlett and husband Dan Cunningham of Grand River, Rose Austin of Mason City,  Larry and Mary Lontz of Poteau, Okla. and Sharon Foster of Bellevue, Wash.

Sean and Nicole Welch of Truro are parents of a daughter, Emelyn Rose, born Jan. 22, 2010, at Iowa Methodist in Des Moines. She weighed 8-pounds 9-ounces and was 19-inches long.

Grandparents are Ralph and Diane Miller of Osceola and Ted and Deb Welch of Ukraine. Great-grandparents are Don and Wilma Stuva of Osceola and Enid Walker of Centerville. Emelyn has one sister, Olivia Lea Welch, 2.

Joe and Susannah Miller of Osceola are parents of a daughter, Aylah Marie, born Dec. 8, 2009, at Iowa Methodist in Des Moines. She weighed 8-pounds 8-ounces and was 21-inches long.

Grandparents are Marlin and Sandy Eddy and Ralph and Diane Miller, all of Osceola. Great-grandparents are Oral Eddy, Wilma and Don Stuva, all of Osceola and Hattie and Chuck Pyatt of Charles City.

Matt and Carol Eddy of Des Moines are parents of a daughter, Olivia Marie, born Nov. 20, 2009, at Iowa Methodist in Des Moines. She weighed 9-pounds 6-ounces and was 21-inches long.

Grandparents are Marlin and Sandy Eddy of Osceola and Dennis and Ann King of Davenport. Great-grandparents are Oral Eddy of Osceola and Chuck and Hattie Pyatt of Charles City.
