Parents announce engagement
Charles and Connie Livesay of Woodburn are happy to announce the engagement of their son Patrick to Laura Ballinger of Bristow, Okla.
Laura is the daughter of Joyce Hargis of Sapulpa, Okla. and the late Virgil Ballinger. Laura is a graduate of the policy academy is 2005.
Patrick graduated from Northwestern Iowa Community College in 1996 and is a journeyman lineman for East Central Electric Cooperative in Okmulgee, Okla.
A wedding date is set for 2010. The couple, along with their seven children and one grandson are eager to start their new life together as a family.
